Vegan Broth Powder

1 cup nutritional yeast
3 T onion powder
1 T garlic powder
1 T salt
1 tsp celery seed
2 T Italian seasoning
2 T dried parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp paprika

The author recommends putting it in a blender or food processor for a few seconds.

2 tsp of this plus 1/2 tsp salt equals the equivalent of 1 bouillon cube.

I went to my local natural food store to get the spices I didn't have on hand. they have them in bulk, so you can buy a tablespoon or two without having to get an entire container.

I think I just had a more limited selection of spices when I originally made it.

I got the nutritional yeast at the health food store & the Italian seasoning at BJ's (like Sam's or Costco).

I realized as I was making this this morning, the author also has a recipe for Italian seasoning in her cookbook, but the book has fallen behind the microwave cart, and in order to pull that out, I'd need to move the chest freezer
