Mowing the lawn
I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but it seemed like the best fit.
Last spring, we got a yard service to clean up our yard and then do the mowing. It was expensive, but especially the cleaning up of the yard was really nice. Now, I'm thinking of canceling the service to save the money. DH really doesn't enjoy the mowing, which was the main reason that we got the service in the first place. I did it on occasion, but had issues with making it look nice. My questions are how do you deal with wet grass? I will have to deal with it probably 8 -9 months out of the year. Do you mow during the winter? I need to keep the yard looking nice, it's in the HOA rules. But, do I really need to be mowing during the winter? The grass won't grow too much will it? Sorry if I sound a bit new here. I never have been to into yard work or gardening.
