I want to try chicken wings in the crock pot. I have some recipes, but none of the sounds as good as a recipes I currently have for chicken wings in the oven. Can I just put it in the crock pot with all of the same ingredients and cook it longer?
Well, I just remembered that these are fried first so I guess I wouldn't work anyway. . .unless I just skipped the frying, but then it might not be as good. Anyway, can you convert regular oven recipes to crock pot recipes?

I do it all the time. For the frying part you can brown them in the frying pan if you want to right before you throw in the crock pot, I do that with stew meat. Just always allow extra liquid with whatever recipe you are doing as it will dry out easier for the longer cooking time.
