How do you know when eggs are done?
I am really weird about cooking eggs (and chicken!) and I was wondering how you know when they are fully cooked and safe to eat. I am reading a book and it talks about soft boiled eggs, so today I made some, but some of the white was a bit runny. Just a little bit right by the yolk, is that okay? How about when eggs are in something? Is there a rule for eggs? TIA!
