Re: removing mold
The only thing I can think of is bleach....if those areas can be bleached. On vertical surfaces in the bathroom I would soak some paper towels and stick them e.g. to the tile so the bleach can stay in contact with the surface long enough to work.
It is also important to get rid of the source of the mold...if you know what is actually causing it. Mold can be scary stuff so I do hope you get rid of it soon.

Re: removing mold
I understand tea tree oil is also a very good fungicide. Here's a link with more information: http://www.care2.com/channels/solutions/home/110
Hope you're able to deal with it without too much fuss. My MIL has a mold problem at her home... she knows it, but I think she's in denial about how bad it is and how it affects her health . *Everything* from her house smells musty, including her clothes.
