Suggestions? I like Ellen McHenrys Dirt and Rocks but it’s missing a lot of topics since it is only dirt and rocks.

I usually just find a high school textbook on eBay for things like that.

Mostly offline. I want books and paper assignments. If there are some videos, either online or dvds, that would be a plus, though.
