In my experience, yes they are. I think UnderJams are even more absorbent.

I'm not sure I've seen those, are they with the pullups and goodnights at the store?

They are in that section, but I have only found them at Target.

I'm going to have to try the UnderJams for my 3 year old. My gosh, he pees through a diaper almost every night.

We found Goodnights to hold much more than a pull-up. When DS used them (way back when--6 years ago), it used to be that I could go online to the Goodnights site and print off $1 off coupon. I would do that before getting a new package every time. Not sure if you can still do that.

When we used disposables at night with Eric (up to he was 7 I think) he did best in UnderJams. He even had to size up. Then he out peed them too. :(
We finally went to cloth with him to save $$. By the time he finally was dry at night (almost 9) he was out peeing the cloth pullups most of the time too though.

We bought the UnderJams at Walmart by the PullUps.

Yep, and IME, as the child gets older, they fit better, too.

Although I like UnderJams better than Goodnights. They're more expensive than Pullups though... and Pullups already aren't cheap.

Babies R Us sells disposable diaper "boosters" that you can put in a diaper to soak more pee. I assume that it is just a "pouch" of the absorbant gell stuff. I haven't tried them, but it may be worth trying once.
