I found these videos (I'm sure I'm not the first) & they're a little awkward & hilarious, but I think they're great. They're done by B. Bryan Post who is a social worker and who works with really difficult kids who've experienced trauma.
He's got a ton of other good videos about increasing your own emotional intelligence in order to deal with problem behaviors in your kids. He's got a great site too with free ebooks.
