But what is the difference between thick Worcestershire sauce and regular? :scratch

The thick worcestershire is more like an a-1 sauce. I used to use tomato paste and regular worcestershire sauce and once switched to that b/c its what I had and liked it better mainly b/c I didn't have to waste a can of tomato paste for only a few TB. If you use regular I'd cut back to 1 T add a bit of tomato paste or even a T of ketchup would be fine. :)

Also if you don't have wine I've used beef broth in place of it before too (i think that's how I originally did it but I think alcohol makes all food better :shifty). :D I hope you like it!

Thanks, I will look for it. I use L&P regular Worcestershire sauce, hopefully I can find a thick one.

Bumping one last time b/c I think it ends in 15 minutes. I'm not really buying I'm in 22nd place b/c I've been that since I entered and I keep checking everyone else and everyone is staying in the same place. Seems weird. So who knows! Thanks for the votes. :D

No! Its weird...noones place changed and they never said who the winner was. They have several more going on through july and then it says you can request a winners list. Surely they aren't waiting until july to announce the winner right?!
