I can't remember which board I saw it in here, but thanks to whoever posted about Celebrate Calm! I've been following them on facebook, and ordered their cd's. Lots of good advice so far.:)

Kirk Martin, the founder of Celebrate Calm, is great! :tu Dh and I are taking the parenting Boot Camp right now, and it's really good. I struggle with anxiety and am finding it to be really helpful! There is so much good stuff about the importance of taking care of yourself, setting healthy boundaries, realizing that you can't control others, only yourself.... it's really good. :rockon
