Troubleshooting Thirsties Duo fit

I can't seem to get the hang of getting our duo cover to fit will at the top. Inevitably the Urchin's waistband slides behind the top of the cover and the diaper soaks her clothes. What am I doing wrong?

We have this problem too sometimes. I'm not really sure what to do to fix it. I am aware of it so when I'm putting the cover on I try to make really certain it's completely covering the diaper at the top. I've noticed it happens more when dh changes a diaper. I wonder what we do differently. I'll have to watch next time :)

Is it maybe time to go the next size up?

I notice they have a large waistband. I had to apply cross-over snaps to mine. That was the only solution
