diaper rash?

So DD2 pooped EVERY diaper today and her butt is alittle red. I'm wondering if it gets worse, what is the best way to treat it when using cloth diapers? Is emu oil ok?
We use mostly softbums, 2 BG pockets, 2 RaRs pockets, and 2 Bitti Tutto (sp?) ai2, and a few fitted kissaluvs.

-switch to water instead of baby wipes (if you're using disposible wipes)
-lots of air time
-change the diaper right away

We are doing just water on cloth wipes. (Can I just say I LOVE not buying wipes!!!!)

Will try to do air time tomorrow.

And your last point, I missed a poopy one today, got distracted with a ton of other things (Nearly set a pan on fire TWICE! :doh) So will stay on top of it tomorrow!

DD poops during naptime, and so there's no telling how long she sits in it sometimes. :hug

diaper rash stinks.
