To buy a stash full of pocket diapers for the little one.

I've never really like pockets but kept a couple around. As a result of several "sposie" breaks, we've realized that this baby can not stand to be wet, even for a few minutes. He doesn't get rashy at all, just fussy when wet.

If I had any extra funds to spend on diapers, I would seriously be stocking up. Right now, I have mostly flats and pfs. I started using fleece liners with them, but it doesn't seem to be the same. Not good. :snooty

What is the deal? Neither of my bigger kids ever cared at all about wet diapers. :-/

Lucky you! Maybe he'll be easier to potty train since he doesn't like being wet. You can always hope :)

My little one hates feeling wet but I've found home-made fleece liners, cut from a cheap Ikea blanket seem to do the trick. I've cut them quite large so they cover the wholenof te nappy, but we use two-parter shaped nappies. We love our pockets as well for quick out and about changes, it's just that they are a bit less secure/prone to leaks.
