Mother's Helper?

How much do you pay a mother's helper in your area? I'm trying to get some ideas. Where do you find them if you don't know of anyone specifically?

I don't know how much they get paid. :shrug

I do know that our local high school has a part time job board in the guidance counselor's office. That's how my teen neighbor found out about mowing lawns in our neighborhood. You could call them and ask.
