AK had her first peanut butter poop yesterday. :sick Is it time to start using my diaper sprayer?

We've actually never pre-sprayed or even shaken out poops from our diapers. They've always come out just fine. We do have to strip our diapers about once a month, but that's more for urine smell than anything else.

since I have a sprayer and it's all hooked up so it's no extra work, I spray as soon as the poop is more the consistency of peanut butter.

when does the peanut butter poop happen? Is AK on solids ?

Yes, she's eating a few bites of solids most days. :)

If it was solid enough to shake off, I shook. Other than that, it got tossed in the washer.

I can't even remember. When I get suspicious about how well they're coming clean, I guess.

Oh wait. I do remember. I start using liners at that point, and toss liners.

I'm terrible about shaking them out and just leave them go still. Both of mine are on mainly solids (DS is the only one who gets formula still).

Ooh, I forgot about liners. I have some. :)

I swore after Simon that I will never ever ever again cloth diaper a toddler without liners.

But I'm lost now, because the only liners I liked were Gerber EZ liners, and they've discontinued them. :(

I don't remember liking the liners very much. We eventually rigged a diaper sprayer and it worked better. But I'll give the liners another shot.

Those of you that use liners. Do you put one in with every diaper change?

With a predictable pooper, no, but if they're not predictable, then yes.
