I'd love it if you could help me with my 3.5 year old. He wants to be doing all sorts of fun things but when I say we're going to have a god time he gets really bored and I cant think of anything to do. Can anyone share any ideas for bible truths and stories?

THanks

Noah's Ark -- Study about animals, have a sink/float experiment, make rainbows with the garden hose or a crystal or prism,

Jesus walking on water -- study bugs that can do this, try it yourself...

battle of Jericho -- gather a lot of items, see which will roll down a ramp, which won't

Samson -- build big towers, knock them down, discuss which designs are the sturdiest

:scratch I'll come back if I think of more...

Jacob and Essau - explored the sense of touch and smell.
Narrow and Wide Gates/roads - make paths outside with chalk or inside with papers or tape and have the child walk on it to figure out which is easier or more difficult.

Ooh, I have more but have to help Bear with some reading.

also with Jacob and Esau you can study twins, alike/different, make some stew,

David -- explore music, big/small (Goliath), sheep, army themes (it's a boy, right?) :think
