Notebooking and notebooking science pages?

I know I found a site that had downloadable science pages for notebooking, they were a bit like a lab sheet. Has anyone found this or something similar. I can't find it again.

Oh I just found some at http://www.ourlosbanos.com/homeschool/printables_science.html ,these werent the ones I found before but they look good.
