Where do you buy your FELT?

Is there any place to go get nice big pieces for a cheap price? Walmart? Or a place like Joann's? :think

If I need a big section of it, I get it from the fabric store. If I just need small pieces, I get it from a craft store b/c they have 8x11 size sheets in all kinds of colors & prints. The fabric stores usually just carry a few basic colors.
