Recommendations for bed-rails

We need to find something to use so that I can leave DS in bed with DH and DS won't just roll off in his sleep while I'm gone. I have already sold our crib as it was useless so I can't side-car it on anymore and we don' thave room for that anyway. Who uses bed-rails and what do you have and how to you like it?

I just got this one: http://www.gobedbug.com/ for our bed, and so far it's worked great. I do need to get the sheet clips, though, cause our mattress is a tempur-type and kind of deep for the sheet already. It's cheap, and it's portable! I just spent a week in a dorm room on a twin bed and used it there as well.
