How do you use Letter of the Week?

I was looking over the Letter of the Week 4-5 yo curriculum and trying to figure out how it would look for us. There's some great stuff on there!

How do you structure your week (if you structure your week :giggle ) using Letter of the Week for your Kindergartener?

As little structure as possible. I had the poster and every Monday would change the letter and number. Then during the rest of the week, whenever I thought about it, I would pull an activity from LOTW. We'd do it at breakfast, playing legos, etc. I didn't use all their suggestions either. Just what I could do on the fly. I think I was consistent enough that the kids knew on Monday we change the letter, on Tuesday, the number, on Thursday, the color, etc.
