So I am forming Christmas lists now and trying to get ideas for my kiddos. We do not get them *a lot* of stuff, so I really want to choose carefully. Every year during the year stuff comes up that I think would be a great thing to have around the house but I forget about these things at Christmas. So I thought I would pick the brains of the mamas here. What do you or your kids want for Christmas that falls into the "homeschool/educational" category?

Here is my list:
-math game (but I don't know which one would be fun and good)
-binoculars for kids
-field guide for birds
-Handbook of Nature Study
-digital camera for kids
-The Lighthouse Family Series by Cynthia Rylant
-Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening by Robert Frost
-Subscription to God's World News
-craft supplies: paper, mini easels that are portable? Is there such a thing?
-Parables from Nature
-Classical Kids Cd's
-copier/printer

so this is quite a list :O. I will not be getting all of the things on this list, by any means. I know I will get the camera b/c ds really wants it and I think he is ready for it. I feel kind of funny thinking about these things at Christmas time, do other people wait for Christmas to get this kind of stuff or do you get this in the summer, or just whenever you feel the need......I guess that I figure if people ask for specific ideas, then here is a good list.....

what's on your list?
