awesome :highfive

I just today laminated picture chore charts for the kids and all the little pieces I cut out for doing their daily chore list. As soon as I can find or buy some more sticky putty I'll post a pic :grin

I'm thinkin' I should make DH pot pie more often :rockon

Oh, Irene, it's totally worth it ;)

My next project is similar to the chore stick idea you were talking about, Marcella. I am going to make up chores on a strip of paper and laminate them (of course) so they can do extra stuff and get paid for it.

Yep, I need to laminate our school schedule, so we can cross things off as we get them done. Just had that bright idea this morning. :giggle We have a cold laminiator, though, so I can get it done as soon as I get home. :grin

I found a laminator on clearance a few years ago and it is one of the coolest things ever to have your very own laminator! Put it on your Christmas lists, ladies! :tu

After much research and price shopping, these are the laminating sheets I always buy (details in my review on the page). Even w/the shipping, it is the best deal and excellent quality:

Don't forget to make emergency ID tags for the kids carseats! :tu I do them in Word (easily updated twice a year), then they get laminated, hole punched, and attached w/bright ribbon or silver chenille stems. I also put a few glow-in-the-dark stickers on them the last time I made them. All the basic info, plus about four different emergency contacts of family and friends for the various areas and states we travel to the most.

Good idea, Kym!! My laminator cam with sample ID tags so I will do that. :tu

Sam's Club sells a 200 hundred pack of the pouches for less than $20. :duck

Seriously, how cool it would be to have your own laminator!
