I was at my niece's birthday party today and one of my sister's friends was there with their 5 mo. old dd. My sister's friend was telling me about how she is so :hissyfit :bheart b/c her baby cries/fusses ALL the time. I told her about our problems with dairy (suggested they try soy formula) and also encourraged her to try a sling. :yes Her dd started to fuss, and I'm sitting back watching poor momma attempt to sooth her crying baby. I asked to try. I put her in a tummy-to-tummy hold in my ring sling and within minutes she was out like a light :tu Needless to say my sister's friend said she wanted to buy a sling :tu Both momma and the baby's daddy were sold! They were so impressed that their dd was so content - like melted butter (with a stranger no less) :giggle
