I was a little worried at first since I got a few not "weird" looks, but kind of like second glances. And then I had all these mommas come up and ask me about it. Where I got it. if I made it (No but MarynMunchkins did! :lol ) And lots of people were like "that is so cool" I definately need one of those "Your baby looks so happy", etc! Not ONE negative comment! Also, I saw many mommas there bf'ing too! There were about 5 babies and I didn't see one bottle! Many of the mommas were even bf'ing in the pews and right there in the foyer!!!! And no one gave a second glance! So I did it too! I got lots of smiles! :heart :heart I feel like I'm "home" now!!!! :ptl :woohoo :praise

Hooray! We are fixing to move and are going to have to find a new church and I'm so nervous about things like that. I've made so many slings for women in my church and everyone has always been so supportive of it. I'm glad you fit in so well there.

That's great! I, too, have made many slings for mama's at church. So far the response has been positive. :)

That's awesome! I live in the "crunchy belt" as I like to call it, and it's SUCH a relief to be able to breastfeed or babywear (well not anymore, but we used to when he was newborn!) without any strange looks at church here. I totally couldn't have done that when I lived in the "bible belt" in Georgia... LOL
