Is there such a thing? If so, with simple instructions? I tried a no-sew sling, but it called for a ton of fleece and ended up being far too bulky when tied and too heavy on my shoulder...

thank you. we're going house shopping this weekend {just found out that we have way more in VA home loan bennies than we thought!} and might be taking Em with us to a funeral on Monday. I'll stop by JoAnn's on Saturday on the way across the state and see what I can dig up.

What is the Tibetan wrap? I clicked on the link on the woven no sew and it came up 'no page to display'

That's the Tibetan.

Not sure about the link that didn't work. :shrug I think the key to any no-sew is finding fabric that has either 2 selvages, or that won't ravel when you cut it. I'm not even sure there is a woven fabric that wouldn't ravel... :think

If you haven't already done this... look at the "start" pull-down menu. It it basically a directory of all different types of carries, categorized in different ways. :tu My "no-sew" wraps are no sew simply b/c I didn't take the time to sew them. :O The cut edge is not very asthetic, but you can't even see it once ds is wrapped up in it. :shrug I keep meaning to do the rubber bands trick on the ends to make them look a little better. (you fold the wrap lengthwise until it is narrow, then put a strong rubber band VERY tightly around the rough ends... as many times as you can wrap it. Then you just flip the end right-side out so it looks more finished.) \

Good luck on the house shopping. :) (I wish it were me! LOL dreaming of a one-level with a *real* yard :mrgreen )
