question about kangaroo carry

with a pouch sling... where exactly are the feet supposed to be? Underneath her or in front? I'm a little confused and really need to use this carry with the baby! I cant seem to figure it out :rolleyes

When Liv and I did this she sort of sat cross legged, or indian style, and then I folded her legs up to her chest.

I would never have been able to bend that way myself, but she liked it. :giggle

:yes Yah, that's pretty close to what we did too, although his feet were a bit more to the front than up to his chest.

Yup, cross legged or even with the feet out the top (helps to pass gass too - sorry if that's TMI!). DS loved it when he was littler. He likes the hip carry now.

Everyone would always comment on how cute he looked peeking out the top of the sling (and chewing on it :rolleyes ) and then on how squished he seemed to be, but loving it! :giggle
