Please recommend a new baby carrier

I love my crusty ol' ring sling, but Ds is just getting too heavy for it (26lbs!!) He's 16months old and not walking yet so I carry him everywhere! I tried my sis's mai tai and it was just too small for him (don't remember the brand off hand angel something or other) I was thinking maybe a wrap would work. Something that I can make myself He needs a lot of support as he has low muscle tone in his torso and tends to lean and sag (which just makes him heavier!)

I think a wrap would be great. I can wear Patrick all day at the mall in the wrap and it doesn't hurt anywhere at all. (He's 21-22 lbs).

I definitely think a wrap would be awesome. I would highly recommend a used (or new if $ is not an issue) Storchenwiege.
