adopt a whale (resource for science)

We recently adopted a whale from this organization. www.whales.org (http://www.whales.org) My son just received his whale information kit today. It is truly fabulous! :tu Lots of pictures, good information, a children's whale watch newsletter, a sticker, and an adoption certificate. He will also receive sightings updates by email for his particular whale and a quarterly newsletter with update.

We are studying biomes right now (environmental science) so this was a really good fit for us this year. Thought I'd pass the information along if anyone is interested!
