snappi has me stumped!!

okay, laugh if you will, but i can NOT make the snappi work!! that lil' sucker just pops right off!! or, i get it fastened on and the diaper doesn't stay where it should anyway!! does it just not work well on little ones (11 pounds)? d'oh!! :doh :O

Sometimes, it depends on the fabric your using. I found that I had a lot of troubles with fleece or flannel. Other than that maybe try holding it in the middle then strecthing out on both sides as far as you can. Have you seen the Snappi How to page? (http://snappibaby.com/generic0.html) HTH. :)
