doublers? when?

When do you need to add a doubler to every diaper, when they get too wet? Is this usually necessary with a new baby? Is there a great doubler out there I don't know about?

i only use them when it's nap time or a thin diaper or one that's not very absorbant (this is why i prefer hemp). i didn't use them w/ my newborns b/c they pooped so often that the diaper got changed before it was too wet. i like hemp for diapers and doublers b/c it's very absorbant, although, it does stink when wet IMO.

I never needed them with lil babes, but every kiddo is different. If his dipes are constantly just SOAKED every time, try changing more often or sticking doublers in there.
