Academically
Great spelling and grammer skills
A good grasp of history politcs and current events
good math skills

Family
the ability to treat each member of the family as important to work as a unit looking out for eachother

Persoanlly
personal respect
pride for the individual sex (I want my girls to be proud to wear dresses jewlery etc)
comfort in saying their beliefs but with awarness for the other party

I'm really big on a love for learning.

My emphasis is on education, athleticism, knowledge of music and hopefully a love for music. The questioning of authority, empathy and because they will have a lot, they will be expected to give a lot.
Things that aren't so important are money and conformity.
