Motherese on Newborns

I'll be keeping a baby girl this fall, starting when she is six weeks old. Assuming she's average size, will the onsize motherese be okay? Or will they be hugemongous? How are they at containment, and can I use a bummi sww?

It will be bulky but it can work. I had one and I even used it (as a pure back up) on my newborn at 6lbs.
