Re: December Dinners
We had fish sticks and Campbell's vegetable soup. Super exciting. We decorated sugar cookies for Christmas and ate like a dozen..

Re: December Dinners
Leftovers have run out now and we’ve finished the family visits, so we’re back to meal-planning and cooking at home now! Actually, dd1 is cooking tonight I think, a pasta dish with chicken and chorizo, and tomato sauce and lots of cheese. I’ll either do a salad or some green vegetables to go with it.

Re: December Dinners
Monday we had gluten free mac n cheese using up all of our various cheeses from a Christmas Day charcuterie board. Tuesday I made a creamy poblano and mushroom chicken sauce served over rice with sauteed zucchini on the side. Last night we had gluten free biscuits and gravy and fruit salad. Tonight I'm planning taco salads. I'm making gluten free pizza and peach cobbler for New Year's Eve and having a family tradition of sausage and sauerkraut with crispy potatoes on New Year's Day.

Re: December Dinners
I had a can of prepared pasta sauce from gleening. I took that plus three other can of diced tomatoes and a box of diced tomatoes and tube of tripple consentrate tomato paste, onion, garlic and herbs and tried to make it a sauce my family would eat. I added no more surger or salt, early bird still complained it was too salty.
