yummy treats I can eat guilt free

I do the carbohydrate addicts diet. I have to have an extremely low carb breakfast and lunch but enjoy a normal dinner. There are some days I am just dying for something sweet to eat for lunch. Do you know any very low carb or even carb free sweet treats?

I'm an insulin dependent diabetic and follow a low carb diet for all meals and too like to enjoy the occasional treat. Some treats...
A bit of some mashed sweet potatoes with butter and cinnimon its got a lower GI than a regular and the fiber helps.
veggie sticks like celery with some cream cheese
toss a handful of nut or almonds into salads ect
bryers low carb icecream and bars
south beach snacks (cookies and such)
100 calorie pack snacks
a bit of fresh fruit my body likes melons and strawberries
carb controll yogurt by dannon (like 3 carbs a serving but more "fake"
dannon dan-0-nino yogurt cups (no artifical color flavor no HFCS and ) 7 carbs a serving
sugar free jello

I have to have some carbs in every meal too low and I start to crave high carbed foods to an unhealthy degree (and risk a hypo) too many and I feel hungry fast. I average about 15 carbs at breakfast up to 50 at lunch and no more than 30 for dinner plus I do one 15-20 carb evening snack needed or I'll hypo over night and wake up with super high blood sugars. I average 120 carbs a day..

Thanks! I have a little bit of carbs too. I do not think there is a way to totally avoid them. Celery with cream cheese sounds yummy!
I am good at making meal like lunches for when I am in the mood for that it is the sweet stuff that gets me off my diet.

Oh and homemade bread stuff. Yummy!
