amommy23 Rosebud Join Date: Dec 2010 Location: NE Georgia Posts: 70	Doubling a recipe I have been cooking an instapot chicken and rice soup recipe that calls for 1 lb chicken, 1/2 cup rice and 1.5 cups broth (and onions, celery, seasonings, etc.). My family loves it. Actually, they like it so much that we need more rice and broth. Does anyone know if I double the rice and broth, if the cooking time stays the same?
