Here are my favorites so far:

Vegan Berry Crumble Bars - I use jarred 100% fruit spread instead of making it
No-bake Peanut Butter Bars
Homemade Chocolate Chunks - If you like dark chocolate, you'll love these!

Yum!

My little treat barely counts as a recipe but I eat it almost every day. A quarter cup of pb fit (if the small amount of sugar in that bothers you, you can use peanut flour), 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 12 drops lacanto monkfruit extract, enough unsweetened oat milk (or milk of choice) to make it creamy. You can eat it with a banana but tbh I just eat it with a spoon.

I did something similar the other night - a spoonful of natural pb, drizzle of maple syrup and a few chocolate chips (of course, those contained a little sugar) and I ate it with a spoon.

I mix a frozen banana, cocoa powder, vanilla, and milk in a smoothie blender when I want ice cream. It's the perfect consistency.

I also mix about 2 tsp cherry preserves with a cup of Good Culture cottage cheese. That's about 8g added sugar. I don't do 0 sugar but I try to stay below 25g of added sugar per day.
