Ziti and meatballs tonight.
(And joining the discussion of pho, I have to brag that that is one of my best dishes. Quite proud of that one.) |

Re: Meals in May
I don't get pho.
I had it at a restaurant once because everyone raves about it. But it was just a difficult to eat broth soup. It tasted fine but I just don't get the rave. To each their own Sent from my Pixel 6 using Tapatalk

Re: Meals in May
Now I need a recipe for pho. Anybody willing to share?
Monday we had lemon ricotta pasta. Tuesday was gf biscuits and sausage gravy with strawberries on the side. Wednesday was General Tso's chicken over rice with broccoli on the side. Tonight I'm planning some kind of baked fish, baked potatoes with whipped feta, and green beans. Tomorrow night will be blue cheese burgers and oven fries.

Re: Meals in May
I'm going to make a new recipe for Parmesan chicken. Haven't decided on sides yet but probably rice or quinoa and either spinach or green beans

Re: Meals in May
The chicken I made was really good!
2 lbs chicken tenders, salted and peppered 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder I just mixed it all together in a baking dish and baked at 425 for about 20 minutes. It was so good. Went very well with quinoa and spinach Sent from my Pixel 6 using Tapatalk ---------- Post added at 07:37 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:36 PM ---------- Quote:

Meals in May
Decided on garlic lime chicken tonight. Sides of roasted broccoli and tater tots.
I bet the whipped feta would be good with this. I don’t have any cream cheese. Next time for sure. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
