Does anyone have a method for large batches of eggs?

My kids love pancakes and eggs, but I need some way of cooking more than a serving at a time. The teens and adults can easily eat 3-4 at a time, mostly scrambled, plus a couple for each of the smaller kids...next thing you know, I'm making a full dozen and it takes forever.

Plus, I'd really like to make extras to freeze breakfast burritos, but the time standing at the stove isn't working. Can they be baked, maybe???

You can scramble a dozen or so and add whatever you like and then bake them on a cookie sheet. Once they are baked you can cut them into squares and freeze them

What kind of a pan are you trying to cook the scrambled eggs in?

You can bake them.

Pour into a baking pan. Every few minutes stir while they are in the oven. Google baked scrambled eggs for more detailed instructions.

In our home...we have two cooking at the stove...so we would have two sets of pancakes and then we would have an electric griddle going for the eggs. Bacon would be cooking 350 in the oven.

...we rarely have leftovers though.....I don't think I would be a fan of frozen eggs.
