GAPS hot breakfast
That does not have an egg in sight.
 This may or may not be original, I pulled it out of the air this morning and have not looked around for anything similar.Half cup of milk Small hand full of dried fruit (I used raisins and dried cherries) Quarter of a pear or apple Tablespoon honey Quarter cup flax seed meal Tablespoon butter Put milk in a pot with the fruit, honey and butter and bring to a boil. Turn it down and slowly stir in the flax meal. Stir it until it looks like oatmeal and serve.
