The nutrition profile for the Ultra filtered milk (vows milk) looks amazing. I can see the high protein and less sugar be super helpful to my milk drinking child. I don't know much about it or how it is made. Is something done to it or added to it that would make it undesirable? I don't typically like to get extremely modified foods/drinks, but right now, we just buy conventional dairy milk that is homogenized and pasteurized. We drink milk alternatives, too, but I am thinking of the benefit of adding a boost to my picky eaters' diet and being able to make a quick, running out the door breakfast that us normally low protein more balanced.
Anyone know much about this?

Milk protein is not really very good for you and has some concerning factors. IGF-1 is one of the proteins in milk that is very concerning to me that one would not want to be taking in more of (especially children).
I think you'd be better off making a smoothie in the mornings.
