Oladi (Milk Kefir Pancakes) - My newest easy breakfast option

Check these babies out! I just discovered the recipe last week and we're all in love. Maybe the recipe is already on GCM somewhere, but I didn't want to wade through all of the GAPS threads that came up with I searched for it.

1 Egg
1 T. sugar
1 c. milk kefir
1 1/2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda

Whisk egg and sugar until fluffy. Mix in kefir. Mix in flour. Add baking soda. Pan fry with a little bit of butter.

I haven't tried them with whole wheat yet (it isn't always available), but I'd imagine that they would be fantastic either way. They seem really versatile.
