I use a wrap (woven) w/ my 40 and 25 lbers (but they have a bit of a learning curve). I've heard good things about kinderpacks and tulas if you're wanting a buckle type carrier. Mei tais are also great (I gave mine away, but am planning on making one soon b/c I loved having one).
