I'm looking for any Wahl Protocol soups that you enjoy.
![]() In a nutshell, Wahl Protocol is grain free, dairy free, and very heavy in veggies. I think something like 9+ cups a day. You are supposed to eat dark greens, orange, yellow, red, purple, etc veggies every day.

Would a minestrone minus the pasta fit this protocol? What about traditional vegetable soup?
Would this work minus the rice?
