Oh my goodness, y'all, this is the best veggie soup ever. The flavors are amazing, so if you are looking to up your veggie intake, you might want to try this one! I made one change - I added a handful of sliced mini bell peppers.

I’m happy for you, but would you send some “fall-like” conditions here? Yesterday’s heat index was 107 degrees.

Do you use fresh or dried herbs?

Dried herbs since that is what I have on hand. I may have made it once with fresh sage when I had sage in my garden.
