I am having my parents over for supper and want to make an easy low calorie desert. They are counting calories. But I invited them over for my dad's bday. No cake.
I am not sure what to make for desert? Any suggestions? |

When I had gest. diabetes a friend gave me a recipe for chocolate mousse that got me through the holidays without feeling too deprived. I can't find the exact one online, but this is similar:

I was thinking angelfood cake too. With berries and whipped cream to self-serve.
For a non-cake option ![]() Poached pears always seem a bit luxe to me. |
