Fake Feta, anyone?
I found a recipe for it that rocks. Anyone else ever made it?

Which recipe?
I've made one from the uncheese book that was tasty-not like feta at all but still really good |

Post it here. I would love one. You can just post a link or rephrase in your own words.

Oh ok!
get some extra firm tofu and drain it and crumble it. Put it into a bag with a little olive oil, redwine vinegar, salt and pepper. Shake it all up. It is pretty good in a salad! |
