mmmmm coconut milk. Coconut is SUPER good for you. Lots of great fats, carbs that don't spike your sugar, tons of fiber. Not a lot of protein, but I don't see anything wrong with drinking sweetened coconut milk once in a while as a treat
I think with the stuff in the carton you are looking at some fortifications that aren't derived from natural sources or very bioavaliable. But I think those would be the only controversies.
