Ooooh dry beans.
ilve never heard of eating them dry? As in dehydrated? beans can be extreeeemely hard on the gut, I can't imagine them dry.
The only kind I can manage well are beans soaked for at least 48 hours before being cooked.
could you sprout them (I know quite a bit of work)? That makes them a lot more wholesome and digestible.
