I made barely and brown rice during the day when I had time. Mix the two together and put in fridge for in the morning. In the morning, make a serving of old fashioned oats in a med bowl. Add 1 - 1.5 cups of the barley mix, a tsp or two of real maple syrup (not pancake syrup, the real stuff) and microwave for a min or two. Stir in any fresh fruit (strawberries are the absolute yummiest!) and any nuts you like, and some flax for super healthy.
