a friend made this for me last night but when i asked her for the recipe, she just told me the ingredients, so when i replicated it tonight, i just sorta fudged it. here's how i did it:
put some thawed chicken breasts in a small casserole dish. shred whatever's left of the block of cheese (approx half lb), grab a can of whatever "cream of" soup is in the cupboard and put that on top of the chicken. then dump on whatever's left of the thing of sour cream in the fridge (unfortunately it was only about 4 oz
i love sour cream) and then sprinkle on all the cheese. put it in the oven and bake until the chicken is done. i guesstimated 375 for 30 min.
mine's not done yet, but i can't imagine how it could go wrong. and i'm super excited. yesterday's was delish
